Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package in real-time through our website or directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team or visit your account to start the return process. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email.

    Package Your Items

    Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

    Ship It Back

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Returns are free for US customers.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Simply follow the return process and indicate which item you'd like to exchange for. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items marked as such at the time of purchase

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards and personalized items
